Meeting Cost Calculator (mobile app)

This section applies to our productivity app Meeting Cost Calculator (package name: com.meetingcost.calculator), Version 1.0. The app estimates the time value of meetings for team collaboration, project reviews, client communication, and professional-service scenarios.

App summary (V1.0)

• No account required. Registration or sign-in is not required. You can open the app and start calculating immediately.
• Local storage only. Calculations, saved scenarios, history, and preferences stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
• No personal identity collection. The app does not collect names, emails, or phone numbers for account or profile purposes.
• No ads or analytics in V1.0. This version does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, cloud sync, or login.
• We do not sell personal data.

What is stored locally

The following may be stored in on-device storage and is not uploaded to AG SERVICES AND CONSULTING LLC servers:

• Calculator inputs and estimate results (participants, hourly value, duration, estimated totals)
• Saved scenarios (scenario name and related meeting parameters)
• Calculation history (manual calculations and live timer results, when auto-save is enabled)
• Local preferences (currency display symbol, default participants / hourly value / duration, decimal display, theme, auto-save history setting)
• Onboarding completion flag and related local settings

You can delete history, scenarios, or reset local data in Settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app usually removes local data from the device. Because this data is not uploaded, we cannot recover it from our servers.

What the app does not access or collect

• No contacts, calendar, location, camera, microphone, photos, or file library access for identity or content harvesting
• No cloud sync or backend upload of scenarios, history, or preferences in V1.0
• No advertising, attribution, or third-party tracking SDKs in this build
• No third-party analytics SDKs in this build

Copy and Share features share plain text you choose to send through the system share sheet; the app does not read your contacts for that purpose.

Nature of the estimates

Meeting Cost Calculator provides time-value estimates only. Results are not payroll, accounting, tax, investment, loan, or payment calculations. You are responsible for how you interpret and use estimate results.

Website information we collect

When you contact us by email or through a mailto contact form, we may receive:

• Message content and related correspondence

We do not operate user accounts on this website. This policy does not invent advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking pixels that are not used on the site.

How we use information

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, provide support, and maintain ordinary business records. App data described above remains on your device and is not used by us because it is not transmitted to us in V1.0.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information if required by law or to protect legal rights.

Retention

We keep website correspondence as long as needed for business and legal purposes, then delete or archive it according to ordinary practice. App data retention is controlled by you on your device through Settings, clear data, or uninstall.

Security

We take reasonable administrative measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Local app storage security also depends on your device settings and protections.

Your choices

You may email us to request access to or correction of contact information you provided by email or contact form, subject to applicable law. For Meeting Cost Calculator content stored only on your device, use in-app Data Management controls, clear app data, or uninstall; we cannot access that local content from our servers because it is not uploaded.

Children's privacy

This website and Meeting Cost Calculator are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website or app changes. The effective date above will change when updates are published. Material changes for the app will be reflected on this page, and the in-app Privacy copy should match the current public release.
